You will receive a Navan link within 24 hours after completing the registration form to book your travel. DO NOT book directly through Navan. This will help us track total travel cost for the event.

We will book your hotel based on the information you provide in your registration form. You may reserve extra nights at your own expense.

Locals can stay at the hotel if you wish.

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check in may be possible based on availability. 

Check out time is 12:00 PM. Late check out may be possible based on availability. Please check with the hotel the night before.

Yes! Parking is available at the InterContinental Miami.

If you're staying at the hotel, valet parking charges will be billed directly to our master account.

If you're driving to the event daily, parking is $22 per car, per day, and will also be covered by Spring Health. We'll provide parking validations, so there's no need to pay out of pocket. Additional instructions will be shared closer to the event.

We'll be livestreaming the opening keynote only. 

You will get reimbursement for the following expenses for your trip to RKO:

• Baggage fee for one piece of luggage
• Transportation between Miami Airport and the InterContinental Miami
• Transportation between your home and the airport

We will cover the following meals at the event and they are not qualified for reimbursement. Check with your manager if you are unsure.

• Breakfast & lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday
• Dinner on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday

Normal company travel policy will apply on travel days.

All other incidental charges will be the responsibility of the individual. You must present a credit card upon check-in at the hotel. Any personal expenses other than those shown above will be charged to your incidental account. You will be responsible for charges such as room service, restaurant/bar, gift shop, etc. You will be required to settle your incidental account with the Front Desk prior to departure.

Miami weather in late January is typically mild and sunny, with highs around 76°F and lows around 62°F. We recommend packing light layers for cooler mornings and evenings.
